T2MTU: Accessing Francis Tuttle’s Canva Workspace

All students, instructors, and staff of Francis Tuttle can access “Canva Pro” elements by joining the Francis Tuttle Canva Workspace.

Accessing Canva Pro Features in the Francis Tuttle Workspace
Do you have an existing Canva account? If so, you can decide whether to continue using that account or creating a new account. If you already have a Canva account, make sure you are signed into that account before joining the FT workspace. If not, you will be prompted to create an account when you join the FT Canva Workspace.
Contact ID3 if you have any questions about this before joining the FT Canva Workspace.
When you are ready to join the FT Canva Workspace, click on the invite link below.
From here you will be prompted with any additional steps you need to complete.
FT Canva FAQs
- If I sign up with my Francis Tuttle email, do I have to do anything else?
Yes, you still need to use the link above to join the FT workspace, even if you signed up with your FT email. - Can I add the FT Workspace to my personal account?
Yes, you will see two different workspaces in your account, and you can switch between the two. (Watch the video above for more info.) - Who can join the FT Canva Workspace?
Any Francis Tuttle instructor, staff member, or current student. - Are there restrictions to what I can create within the FT Workspace?
Per the Canva terms and conditions, you cannot create designs that will be used commercially. - Can you see the designs I create within the Canva FT Workspace?
No. The FT Canva admins can see the email address you used to sign up, along with the names and participants in any classes you create within the Canva workspace, but we cannot access your files directly. - What are the benefits of joining the FT Canva Workspace?
Within the FT Canva Workspace, you have access to all of the Canva Pro tools and elements (fonts, images, templates, sounds, etc.) for free. - Who should I contact with Canva-related questions?
