Embedding Google Forms in Canvas

You can embed a Google Form in Canvas anywhere there is a Rich Content Editor.  

Step 1: In your Google Form, select Send.
Step 2: In the Send form window, click on the Embed icon, then select Copy to copy the HTML embed code.

Step 3: Go to the page you are using in Canvas and open the Rich Content Editor by clicking on Edit.
Step 4: From the Insert dropdown menu, select Embed.

Step 5: In the Embed window, paste the embed code from your Google Form.

Step 6: Select Submit, then Save.
