Edit Course Navigation Links

Teachers can select which navigation links appear for students in the course menu, and the order in which those links appear.  When a teacher views a course, a “not visible to students” icon indicates the navigation links students cannot see.

  1. To select which navigation links appear, click on Settings at the bottom of the course menu. 
  1. Click on the Navigation tab.  Links currently appearing in the course menu are grouped at the top of the page.  Below these are the additional links that are not appearing in the course menu.
  1. To add a link to the course menu, simply click and drag the link into the top group.  
  2. To remove a link from the course menu, click and drag the link down into the bottom group.
  3. You must click the Save button at the bottom of the page, for any changes to take effect.

Note that some links appear only to teachers, even when they are in the top group.
